2 - Individual Users can enable by going to User Profile, clicking on the Security tab, and clicking on the gray “eye icon button” to enable.

Once ENABLED Admins/Owners will be able to see the user's Requests that are in “waiting” status or Requests that need to be “downloaded” (from the time the auto-forward was enabled and any “waiting” requests that are still within the 14 days expire that may need to be resent)

Hover over the user's request(s) to view the expiration date of the requests.

Admin/Owners only can CLICK on the “Pull waiting” or “Pull Pending Download” to VIEW this user's details.

When User Jay clicks on VIEW, the user can now see the entire timeline of when and who downloaded his documents. Jay can download as well so notice the last entry of the timeline shows Jay also downloaded the documents.
