Finding, Accessing, and Unlocking the Botdoc Secure Session in your CRM (and other FAQs)
Where does the Customer Data go?
On a newly created lead/opportunity, the data will begin to flow into your CRM to the Botdoc Secure Session AFTER the driver's License scan is complete.
We always ask for an ID Scan on the Customer or Employee flow if we haven't received one for that customer in the last 60 days.
On an existing lead/opportunity, the Secure Session will be updated when a new document has been uploaded.
Where can I find the Botdoc Secure Session?
The Secure Session URL for the customer you are working with can be found in their customer record/lead information.
Depending on the CRM you use, this URL will show as a note or be listed in the Activity History for the Lead/Opportunity.
Why won't the Secure Session unlock?
If you are having issues unlocking the Secure Session for a lead, the first thing to verify is whether you have gone through the Onboarding and Training for Botdoc Connect.
