How to set DocuSign credentials in my P2

From your left navigation toolbar click on “My Team”, scroll down to “Edit Your DocuSign feature configuration” and click on “Authorize Botdoc”.

NOTE: All DocuSign subscription levels including developer accounts and personal level accounts will work with Botdoc integration. Developer-level subscriptions are more cost-effective for some teams than multi-level stand subscriptions. Please reach out to sales@botdoc.io for more details.

Once you click on “Authorize Botdoc” you will be re-directed to your DocuSign login page where you will enter your credentials (email and password) to your DocuSign account. (make sure you are signing into the correct DocuSign account)

 

Next, you will be asked to verify your email address that is associated with your DocuSign account

Next, you will be asked to CONFIRM access -Once confirmed then you will have DocuSign Access within your P2 account/dashboard

Next, you will receive a “success” banner at the top of your team's page inside the Botdoc dashboard

When all credentials are completed you will now see the DocuSign button within the P2 container (if credentials are not working correctly the DocuSign button will not be shown)

NOTE: You must create “templates” inside of your DocuSign account for them to be integrated into our P2 environment.
