Size limits for Scan to Email?

When using Botdoc Secure MFP for Scan-to-email, the file size threshold is 75MB, which is quite large compared to most MFP configurations.

Typical SMTP scan-to-email file sizes for Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) are generally under 5MB to 15MB for standard documents, with a common maximum threshold around 20MB–35MB set by email providers like Gmail or Exchange.  5MB–15MB is the practical sweet spot to avoid delivery failures.
