Support - Self-Search

On the Dashboard in the upper right corner, you will find a support icon.

• Have a Question/Self-Search
• Training Videos – USERS
• Training Videos - ADMIN/Corp Team
• Support Desk/Open Ticket

Click on Have a Question/Self-Search and a new window will open where you can type a question or look for FAQs.

OR in the bottom right corner, you will find an orange ( ? )

Click on the ? to open a box within your dashboard and start to type a question (if you need to see a larger view of the topic, just scroll to the bottom of the FAQ and click on “FULL VIEW CLICK HERE” which will open a new larger window.
