NEW Features:

• Create Queues so that multiple users or management can access containers

• Use automated flows to collect documents via your General Document URL or Queue URL

• Create “remote” users (salespersons) to collect documents without needing to have direct access to the Conversations Product.

• Allow users and remote users to initiate containers via a short-code from their mobile phones

P1 white-label configurations are now synced to your P2 Conversation containers.  This includes:

Logo, background color, profile photos, email templates including custom email templates, Disclaimer message, and SMTP configurations (SPF configurations not included)

* User Dashboard Not supported by Internet Explorer (consumer experience is supported)

* Videos will be updated or new videos will be added when updates are LIVE and available.

*All P2 requests will come from noreply@botdoc.io unless your SMTP is enabled on your Main Push/Pull account

*SMTP feature will change the “sent from” or sender email from noreply@botdoc.io to your company’s email address noreply@yourcompany.com
